Mauricio Escobar is a trial attorney representing individuals and corporations in civil litigation. His current practice includes premises liability, products liability, general negligence and gross negligence. Mr. Escobar earned his Bachelor’s degree in Music Theory from the University of Texas in 2000, where he was a member of the Dean’s Honors List. He received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 2006, where he was a Member and Assistant Note & Comment Editor of the South Texas Law Review. Mr. Escobar is admitted to practice in Texas.

In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Escobar has professional experience in the music and entertainment industry. He has performed in the 37th Annual Grammy Awards telecast, and as a professional musician at Disney World, Florida. He has also performed as an actor and musician in the Tony and Emmy Award-winning Broadway show “Blast!” In his spare time, Mr. Escobar is a free-lance musician, composer, music producer, and DJ.
