Timothy A. Rothberg is a trial lawyer who has represented clients in matters involving severe personal injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defects, and maritime law. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Rothberg’s legal practice includes regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, corporate formation, and various aspects of commercial law.

Mr. Rothberg graduated summa cum laude from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications. He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was the Director of the Mock Trial Board and was admitted to the Order of Barristers.

Mr. Rothberg is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Louisiana. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Louisiana State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Houston Bar Association.

Mr. Rothberg grew up in Houston, Texas. He and his wife now live in Pearland, Texas with their two very spoiled beagles. In addition to volunteering at his church, Mr. Rothberg enjoys reading, following Houston sports, and spending time with friends and family.
