Timothy R. Hightower is an experienced trial attorney representing individuals, professionals, and corporations in a wide range of civil litigation and has successfully tried cases in various counties throughout Texas. Mr. Hightower can best be characterized as a tough, tenacious trial attorney who zealously represents his clients’ interests.

Mr. Hightower has been recognized by H Texas Magazine as a “Top Lawyers for the People” and as a “Top Lawyer” for several years running. Mr. Hightower is also a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation (1/3 of 1 percent of State Bar members are invited to become Fellows each year and once nominees are selected they must be elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees).

Mr. Hightower grew up in Houston, Texas graduating from Milby High School in 1980. He honorably served in the United States Air Force and the Texas Air National Guard. He graduated from Troy State University with honors in 1988 and South Texas College of Law in 1995 where he was a member of the honors fraternity – Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Hightower is licensed to practice law in all Texas and several federal courts. Mr. Hightower is also an accomplished pilot and is able to efficiently represent his clients in areas where commercial travel is limited.
